A message from our founder
Passion, mentoring and craftsmanship — the BAIRD way.
Dr Hassan Maghaireh
Founder & Programme Director
When I founded BAIRD Academy, I wasn’t trying to create just another implant training course.
I wanted to create the kind of academy I wish every dentist could experience, one that develops confidence as much as clinical skill.
Throughout my career, I’ve met countless talented dentists who had the ability to succeed in implant dentistry, but lacked the confidence to take that first step. Too often, they’d completed courses that taught techniques but left them feeling alone when it came to treating real patients.
I believed there had to be a better way.
That’s why BAIRD Academy was built around practical experience, structured learning and genuine mentorship. Every detail, from our purpose-built training facility in Leeds to the way our mentors support delegates, has been designed to create an environment where dentists can grow with confidence, ask questions without hesitation and develop at a pace that feels right for them.
For me, success isn’t measured by the number of courses we deliver. It’s measured by the confidence our delegates take back into their practices, the patients they go on to help and the careers they build with the skills they’ve developed here.
When you join BAIRD Academy, you’re not simply enrolling on a course. You’re becoming part of a community that is invested in your progress, long after your training has finished.
I look forward to welcoming you personally and being part of your journey.
